
Good day! I Just wanna inquire my problem regarding my 19″ Acer AL1931 LCD Monitor. The problem is No display on screen but there is a power it show up the display just a matter of second and then disappear. Can please help me to solve this problem.

This kind of fault is very common in any LCD Monitors. There are many reasons why the display shutdown after switched “On”. Dry joints in inverter board, bad filter caps at secondary side of power supply, shorted push pull transistor or the p-channel fet in the buck royer circuit, shorted or a burnt high voltage transformer, bulged or capacitance value out in the tuning capacitor, bad backlights, defective inverter IC or even a faulty Mainboard. Make sure the inverter IC is receiving the supply voltage after the display shutdown if not the Mainboard might have problem. If there is voltage then concentrate on the inverter board and check the section as i have just mentioned above
